3-month mentorship program, combining virtual one-on-one and small group coaching.
MentorU is a 3-month guided program designed for professionals new to the travel industry who want to start strong.
Over the course of the program, you’ll build a working business from the ground up; creating efficient workflows, developing client prospects from your own network, and learning how to work with top travel suppliers.
Our curriculum follows proven systems and complements the Virtuoso Advisor Learning Path, so every step you take is purposeful and practical. Your progress is measured by real results: hitting early sales milestones, working confidently within the Virtuoso platform, and having active bookings in motion by the time you finish.

By the end of your 3 months in MentorU, you’ll be able to:
- Clearly identify your Ideal Client Avatar (ICA) so every marketing effort speaks to the right audience.
- Run your business with a simple, documented plan and workflow that keeps you organized and consistent.
- Build and track a list of 25+ qualified leads inside UTC’s CRM to fuel ongoing sales.
- Confidently qualify prospective clients and respond with well-researched travel solutions they’ll love.
- Present polished, professional itineraries and proposals that inspire bookings.
- Complete 10+ trainings with top UTC preferred suppliers to expand your expertise.
- Customize and activate your Virtuoso profile so clients see your specialties at a glance.
- Use UTC’s systems for bookings, CRM, invoicing, and marketing to manage your business efficiently.
- Aim for $150K in gross sales within 18 months of finishing the program, with the tools and skills to get there.
