The support staff are amazingly quick when a request is made or an issue pops up. The Facebook group is welcoming and supportive. Finally, last but definitely not least, the vendor relationships are extensive and solid.

I've been in the travel industry for 35 years and with UTC for 23 years. They are the best! They make my job easy and are there for me when I have an issue. Beyond the formal mentoring and support Uniglobe also provides tools to learn from other agents and share valuable experiences with each other. We have the online Forum where agents can post questions and other agents generously provide advice and suggestions.

Uniglobe has been my host agency since 2005. I've been in the travel business since 1979. I managed the agency from 1985 to 2005 at which time I purchased the agency from the owners who were retiring. Amadeus put us in contact with Uniglobe and it worked out perfectly.

I would urge anyone considering using a host agency to look thoroughly at Uniglobe. You will be very pleasantly surprised at the low costs of their programs. Don’t hesitate to give them a call, they will not lead you down the “garden path” with empty promises. There is no need to do that, their programs speak for themselves.

I changed to UTC as my host agency in 2012 and I do not regret it at all!! I can always get a quick response from UTC support via phone or email. I find UTC Support center has agents that have years of experience in Sabre, Apollo, and Amadeus. 

Uniglobe is definitely a win, win situation. Working with UTC has been the best choice. Their preferred suppliers give us a higher % on commissions than I could receive on my own. Not to mention the relief of NOT having the hassle of doing airline tickets in-house. Their fees are small in relationship to what I receive. Their excellent training and continued support is the number one reason I've stayed. In this day and age I can't imagine doing this without them. They are 100% pro-agents!

I've been in the travel industry since 1975 and an agency owner since 1987. I've seen many changes/challenges in this business and change is never easy. I read an article in Travel Weekly in 2006 and thought what a great concept. I called Besty Geiser before completing the article. By the end of our conversation I became a part of the Uniglobe Team.

I joined UTC in 2001 and have been a proud member ever since. I initially joined to get the amazing UTC support for travel advisors who issue air tickets through Sabre. However, as I have attended UTC gatherings over the years (and more recently monthly Zoom Happy Hours), I’ve found UTC to be an amazing place for networking. It is rare that someone posts a question on our Advisor Facebook page and doesn’t promptly receive several answers.
